I have a problem with UTF8-encoded e-mails from a Microsoft Exchange
2000 server which are sent to a Mailman 2.1b4 mailinglist server.
Exchange uses "utf8" characterset, so that the users will get an
extra "attachement" with every mailinglist message (charset "utf-8"
is used for the body, and
Mailman+list: about 1,580,000 hits in Google
Listserv+list: about 1,230,000 hits in Google
Majordomo+list: about 1,140,000 hits in Google
Lyris: about 135,000 hits in Google
"Mojo Mail": about 9,150. hits in Google

Hi,
One of my qrunners (--runner=OutgoingRunner:0:1 -s) is eating 100%
cpu continuously. I can't find what is causing it to do that.
I found out I forgot one of the "-owner"-aliases for a specific list,
but even after fixing that it is still eating away all CPU-cycles.

- make it i18n-aware (i haven't lo

by 0.5. Note that the bounce scores are only increased once per day
so even if ten hard bounces are received for the same subscriber
in one day, the subscriber's score will increase by only 1 for that
day.
