- if the user send with charset=iso-8859-1 anything is fine
- if user sends with charset=us-ascii (some mailers do if there
are no german umlauts) then the footer from the mailinglist

I recently received a request from a user who receives and archives
the digest version of the list, and due to ISP problems he recently
missed a few issues. He has used lists where you can send email to the
list requesting specific digest back issues; is such a capability part
of Mailman?
I have had several reports of people having trouble accessing patch #444884

I notice that in mm2.1 the a message has been held notices to list
owners/moderators now include the content of the message. When spam is
