Perhaps ask the Preside people? I feel pretty sure that they’re not here.

Preside is working well for me with GMail.
It really is an astoundingly good piece of software…almost
beyond-human-seeming in what it is able to do…the most MailMate-like
of any iOS app.

Hi Henry,
honestly, I don’t know. Like Alain said, “them” is basically just
Rich. He usually answers support requests fairly quickly and thoroughly,
which is my experience as well, so I’m not sure why he
didn’t/couldn’t help you with this. Maybe just try writing another
support mail?

Stephen,

I tried it with my Google (gmail) account and it was a bust. Preside
refused to accept the OAUTH login info from Google and quit at that step
in their instructions.
The one thing that I sorely miss in Preside is PGP signing and encryption
support. Other than that, it‘s really, really powerful. You won‘t get any
closer to MailMate with an email client on a mobile device.

Benny,
Happy to test MM r5900 on Ventura for you with my Intel MBP2019. It’s installed
on an external drive.
Sorry to hear there’s no iPhone version. Mail is pretty good, though I’m sure
yours would better.

Interesting, I missed this piece. I am a heavy user of Preside (never
got used to Altamail), which I also find the closest thing to Mailmate
on an iPhone. In particular its Search function is pretty impressive. In
addition, its developer, Rich Waters, answers queries very quickly. He

Benny has said “No” to an iOS version numerous times in the past.
A couple of years ago, with the valuable help of several members of this

Let me know if you have any issues (maybe off the mailing list). I cannot
easily test this myself because my development machine is a MacBook Pro 2015
which is not on the list of supported
Lisa,
With you on that, after installing (migrating my settings), playing with
r5900 a bit and its new developments. Tried so far on macOS Monterey

Soon to experiment with it on Ventura Public Beta 2.
Is there a version for iPad/iPhone?
