Or, perhaps TWC has made the very questionable choice to implement SORBS on a real ISP mail server. That would be one way to hold down load. Just randomly block a whole bunch of IP addresses that aren't actually spam sources. The people at TWC are smarter than this, yes? Please tell me it isn't
