Do you try to add a Range? I had problems with the same Error a couple of years
ago, until I figured out that they also look up the Network IP, so for us it
helped to add PTR-RR to 192.168.0.0 with a Domain that also belonged to us...

Some thoughts from me, I imagine a lot of people from the sender community are
lurking on this list, but it seems to me that for most of them the initial
hiccup of new errors from Microsoft because of the switch from the “old”
Hotmail infrastructure to the “new” Office365 one got
something to the table that
helps to clean up a lot of communication problems an ESP normally faces on the
day to day operations.
PS: i will bring the domain alignment issue as topic to the discussion for
adding that as an requirement for the next iteration of the CSA rules...
