Yes, that's one of the first things I did on Sunday when I first noticed this
issue at the behest of Outlook Support.
But... since the IP is blocked from sending any email, surprise, surprise...
there's "No data for specified IPs on this date" (or any date).

I just don't see anything that points to any reason why this IP would be
blacklisted. My guess would be that it's a relatively new IP address that
