[mailop] Microsoft SNDS Confirmation Not Received by Level 3 Contact

A range of IP dropped from SNDS. In my attempt to restore it I sent the confirmation email to a Level 3 contact. I am in communication with L3, made a couple attempts to resend the confirmation, but to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction to have this request reviewed further?
