On the one hand, there is *NO* Microsoft Mail contact on the list. There is me, but I'm not a point of escalation for, "Hotmail". The *ONLY* point of escalation is the Support Funnel; complaining here as such won't solve anything. And since neither incident has bothered to include the actual IP address at issue, I can't even peek at the issue discretely. Sorry.
