I just saw a chart which shows a huge spike in "Service not available - access
denied” bounces at another sender. It started Feb 10 around 17:30 GMT+1. So it
may be a problem on the side of Telecom Italia, or they deliberately turned
down the bulk knob.

Hi Lindani,
Alice is part of Telecom Italia. We had some success in the past with abuse@ or
postmaster@.
Other “insider” tips:
- use no more than 4 concurrent connections
- send no more than 50 messages per connection
- make sure you have low unknown user rate
