I have been working to update a client from AIMS 2013 to MGOS 3.1 since
November as there’s custom code and had some issues. Are you using IIS10? This
proved too large a stumbling block and after much experimentation the decision
was made to switch to Apache. Once that was done there

Workaround (until I release 6.0m9) is: Turn off auto-validation on save
(Tools - Options - "Editors" tab - Un-tick "Validate on Save").
