I finally got the Views of SQL to work with MapGuide. Autodesk MapGuide Studio 2009 did NOT work. It would not allow me to choose the geometry fields (GPS lat/lon). MapGuide Maestro DOES ALLOW me to choose the correct field. Using Maestro, I was able to correctly set up my view and see my data.

is odd. Who would use a float as a key? I haven’t worked as much with SQL Server 2008 so the behavior of the views is unfamiliar to me.
