MI splitting countyborders to a coastlayer.

Hello members. I am trying to split borders to a coastlayer, so no border is visible at sea. My coast is a polygon layer (many, many polygons witch reprecent a coastal contour or a shore if you like. It goes a few km out to sea also) and my borders are converted polylines (from region). Right
