You might think about to use Adobe Acrobat (the "real" version, that comes with a
Windows PDF-Driver, 200 dollars ?) and just "shoot" PDF files using the normal print
function. Quite a few clients of ours are using that method and even "hard core
MAC-print shops" can easily use the PD
