Hi list
I have converted a set of data from a norwegian format (SOSI) to

witch is represented by two points(bow) or one point(center, circle) and a
radius that describes the

I am "cleaning up" a large database and need to change the coordsystem in
several tabs. Is there an easy (mapbasic) way to do this? As far as I know I
have to use the save as function and choose the correct coordsys and a
different name. (Then I have to delete and rename the files in explorer.)
Try Inno Setup (http://www.jrsoftware.org/), combined with ScriptMaker
(http://www.jrsoftware.org/is3rdparty.htm) or other third party script
generators.
The setup tool works very well, uninstall is provided, and it is free
(donations welcome).

The simple solution to your problem:
I am trying to work out a live link between MS Access 2000 and MI Pro
5.5.
Save the Access 2000 table as an Access 97 format table.
Only MI Pro 6.0 will support Access 2000 databases.

Yes, you need to have MI6.0 to run MB6.0 scripts.
I had the same problem... with trying to run MB5.5 on MI5.0
so in essence, both versions need to be the same.

I've got a program working somewhat, but slow. I need to select all yellow

one object at a time runs far too slow and there are issues with update

When MapBasic creates an MBX file, it puts a version number in the header of
the file somewhere. To prevent the possibility of encountering a reference
to a feature of a 'future' version, MapInfo will not run any MBX file with a
version number newer than it has.
