MI Info tool window

Hi, I have just loaded a copy of Mapinfo 5.5 on a PC. There are a number of layers in the Current map window, however when I click on the information tool it fails to open an Information Window. Any ideas ??? Regards, Brendan O'Brien. WINMAIL.DAT
