b. change the DXF/DWG imported tabs (non-earth projection) to a locally used
popular projection (eg. Australian Map Grid Zone 56/1) so I can use them.
Any help or illumination for this newbie much appreciated. The Mapinfo
manuals are truly woeful!

MI5.5... and I have a table which does not appear in the "Layers" menu,
however everytime I launch the workspace, it attaches the table (I know so
