checking for yywrap in -lfl... yes

Our repo contains a generated version of maplexer.c that should not
need to be re-generated by end users. You should be able to either
uninstall flex and/or copy back the original version of maplexer.c to
get going.

That file is part of Freetype (MS4W is compiled with Freetype version
2.4.9 I believe); you will have to compile Freetype and then edit your
nmake.opt file to point to that.
