Error: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import
I saw an e-mail in the archive that had a similar error, but the
solution was apparently to install scipy-0.51? I don't need or
necessarily want scipy.. is there a reason the latest win32 binaries
for matplotlib and numpy don't play together
