Great MCN conference! While we are all charged up with all these ideas from
this conference, it is time to apply that energy to next year's program. Let's
not think about next year's travel budget and just throw out some ideas of what
you would like to organize, what you would like someone else
Three issues that came to my mind, and seem to plague everybody I talked to in
the conference.
1. DAM and DMS integrated solutions, with emphasis on practice rather than
theory, what solutions are being used, how are they integrated with users
desktop experience, and institution culture.
2.
I second all of Doron's comments!
In addition, here are some of my thoughts:
Records/Content Management (electronic unstructured data)
Primary Storage/Backup/Deduplication/Archiving
Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity (how to use leverage
Virtualization/Colocation to achieve your goals)

Regarding what to do with all those great ideas, it seems as though the 2011
committee has started a wiki page to gather ideas.
