Accessibility controls in iPad can lock the iPad to one application. I have
used this in Kiosks to run a single app. It?s meant for teachers and parents,
but it is adaptable and can be used to do things Kiosk Pro can?t? and vice
versa, so consider both.

Actually, that?s a good point. We use Kiosk Pro and then turn on
accessibility controls to lock the iPad to that one application and
disable the menu/power buttons. This is an alternative to using something
like Apple Configurator.
