Re: [MCN-L] Admissions POS system roundup?

2019-09-05 Thread Kyle Lamont
There is a Google spreadsheet initiated by Janice Craddock for the IT Sig which
includes this kind of information. I don't know if it was intended to be shared
outside of the sig, so would leave it up to Janice to provide you the link. If
you don't have her contact info, please send me an email and I can hook you up.

Has anyone done a survey of which POS or CRM systems members are using for
admissions and ticket sales? Would appreciate any references!

Re: [MCN-L] Ticketing Systems

2016-11-25 Thread Kyle Lamont
Hi Carol,

We have been implementing a new ticketing system (Siriusware) over the last
several months. I can't say it's a system that we really like, but feel free to
give me a call and I can share my experiences with you regarding the RFI and
RFP phases, and my impressions on other systems we looked into as well as our
chosen solution.

Cheers,

We are looking at acquiring a ticketing system for our tours and programming.
A system that would working with our membership software (Talisma/Donor2) would
be great. If your institution has a system that it really likes I would be
very interested in learning from you.
