What is more objectionable...
Email marketing signatures or people who can't be bothered to delete massive
amounts of original message and responses thereby making the email (esp the
digest) impossible to read?
Guess which gets my vote.

There will always be constancy problems (or just plain failure) when adding
graphics to email signatures but if you must, here are some pretty solid
steps to mitigate the problems:
