The only problem that I have ever had with the standard Md slip cases is that
sometimes what ever it is inside of the case that "grabs" the MD and keeps it
from falling out breaks. Then if you hold the case with the open side down the
MD falls out.
I have never had that happen (yet!).

I actually like the Sony cases better.

Thanks.

If you received this .exe from me or Andy Ellen (housemates), it is a virus. I
did not send it. It was sent to me and then it mailed itself to everyone on my
list and on Andy Ellen's Eudora list, apparently.
A virus scan will clean it out. We had no control of it at all.

This is sort of off-topic, but I need your opinions.
I am considering buying an Aiwa mini system that has really impressed me with its

It even has an MD port and specific MD panel button (plus additional aux. as

A couple of times, people have mentioned making compilations of their
favourite tracks. For me this would be a nightmare. Does anyone else have
this problem, or a strategy to avoid it ?
Yes, Simon - I know what you mean.

(1) What do you think of kind that go round the back of your head?
(2) What's the best wireless set for the price? (the less the better!)
Sorry - I forgot #3:

PS: My local Comet store had multipacks of 12 Sony coloured 80min discs for

Are there any "risks" with the 80 minute MD? Are they more compressed? More
likely to skip? Any differences?

Sony makes a book shelf stereo that has a minidisc in the top. Available at
best buy.
Thanks. But I mean portable with a handle, like the common CD/radio
combinations. CD/MD would be fab.
Is this a lost cause?

Okay...I see what's available. (Thanks Chuck!)
The question now is, what can I get in the US and what's the best deal?
Does anyone out there actually OWN a MD boombox who can give some insight?
Thanks.

Okay, I have a similar question:
All I want to do is load the tracks from my personally mastered MD onto the
computer so that I can burn a CD-R (I can only do this through the Mac).
Any suggestions?
I hope that was clear and made sense!
