Does the Morgan still use a wood chassis? They did in the +4 and +8's into the '70's. The wheels were steel spoked, but the chassis and possibly other parts were wood. The floor in my MGA was plywood - easy to replace! --- Whatever happened to all the wood spoke

So, I was changing my oil yesterday (w115 300D). Today, I topped it off and ran the make sure all the oil doesn't fall out check... and all the oil fell out. Seems I've smashed up the lips on my oil filter canister pretty good, so I'll be needing a new one. Questions being:
