I am a bit disappointed with the materials that make up the interior
(obvious exception being the MBTex). But then the same applies to our 240.

When was your last fuel fill? Before or after Labor Day?
If it has mostly winter fuel in it, I wouldn't think 10-20F would
be a problem (unless there is water in the fuel).
You can probably use a hair dryer in the intake as a replacement
or supplement to the GP system.

Thanks guys for all the info! It looks like $20 a square foot for a
nearly finished traditional construction (12' height, insulation, etc),
and significantly less for a metal building. Depending on the
neighborhood I have no problems with a metal building. How easy are

Its not really the mechanicals that are cheap, its just the trim and
stuff that is cheap. The door panels, dash, things like that. As
others have said, they are usually not maintained like they should be
either.
