all good - could be a connector on the coil end - got pulled a little too much
(for it's marginal condition) when you replaced the coil, or corrected 4 and 6.

It all depends on how well it's packaged. We used to ship hood all the
time in their original carboard packaging from Japan. Had about a 10%
dent rate. Usually a corner from being dropped or the large flat
surface not being protected well enough.
Best bet is to crate it.
