For my 1999 300D I got a used driveshaft and it had vibrations as well. I
finally took old driveshaft and had it rebuilt.

years ago I worked on starting a wrecked car for a used car dealer. Once I
replaced the battery noticed engine had no compression and called the
customer (used car dealer) and told him. He said Listen the car had to been
running when it was totaled thus the engine is good, so poor a little oil
Ok, so I replaced the delivery valve seals on my 84 190D just now
and fired it up. Was missing badly but idling at correct speed
which I isolated to #1. Ok, shut it off, pulled number 1 back out
completely, made sure there was no dirt or anything in there, put
it back together fired it up.

Actually now that I think about it there were 2 elements I
removed. I removed number 1 as described but when I was doing
number 3 I accidentially removed the element from that as well.
It runs even though, just starts running away. I am researching
now all over the internet but have not

The only thing that I can think of is that, somehow, you have rotated
the barrel(s) to fully open. This would allow the engine to run away.
Perhaps one of the barrels has been turned when you were replacing the
holder(s)? Or when you torqued them up?

thats what I am guessing but how do you know which way they are
supposed to go? Im headed back down now to pull it all part

I just pulled it apart again and there is a stem down in there with a slot that
points to about 11 o'clock or so. The barrels fit down with this stem sitting
in the middle the barrels have a slot on Yhe outside that from pulling out the

If you pulled the sleeve out it has to go back in so that it connects
to the fuel control rod. You should not have had to take anything
out at all except the copper ring, which sits on top of the sleeve --
bad mojo to take anything else out.
The fuel delivery is controlled by the rotation
Nearest I can tell is the sleeve does not rotate but the center stem does. I
just pulled the delivery valve put of another pump to see but did not get the
sleeve to come out

We had a 27 console TV we wanted to get rid of. It was
a family inheritance, but we weren't really using it anymore.
Just basement clutter now. How easy is it to get rid of a

There has not been a link between where something is design and where it's
