cars with the 3800 engine or the 3.1L engines. I would avoid the 2.4 liter
engines in the smallest GM cars. The W body cars are the Grand Prix, Monte

Likely no lawsuit here, unless you can demonstrate a pattern of the shop
doing this routinely.
Gawd you hate to have to ask for your old parts when you get your car
