Typically, the crash shutoff relay trigger is hidden in some obscure place, like the Pax side foot well, or in some area that is out of the crush zone. The idea is to disable the electrical system to prevent a "Hollywood crash fire". Might be worth a call to AAA, or a Dealer to find the location

So back to the crash --- I am presuming there is some sort of ignition cutout somewhere so that when the airbag deployed it shut the car off.  Now it won't start or turn over, still has power etc.  Is that in the airbag module?  Or is there a reset somewhere?  Need a computer to reset it?
