Goo is usually from leaky seals, either engine rear main or trans input

After review, the small reel that I have is probably Walgreen's bound.
I considered the projector/screen/recorder path and rejected it because
the projector that I have needs a $90 bulb.
Online companies? Who knows what they would do, or if the film will ever
re-surface.

Yes I do have an '87 2.5t parts car and it runs very well.
The '87 300D would be a 6 cylinder, 3.0 litre.

I have unearthed a reel of olde super-8 film, from about 30 years ago.
Wedding stuff etc.
Is there any method of transferring this to a CD that does not involve
expensive purchases?

There seem to be quite a few companies offering

Problem:- Viscous fan.
I have a fan center from an M103 that fits into the metal fan blade
assembly and bolts up to the hub for a OM602.
Only caveat is that the control spring has a label on it that indicates
reverse (from OM602) rotation.

Hi, All.
Are there any reliable products for freeing up stuck rings?
This is the '87 190DT from Conn. and, though I have it running, it runs
on 4 cylinders only. There is pressure enough to operate the injector on
the dead cyl. (tried two).

Curt.
Have not had time/courage to restart it, yet.
I'll have to do more checking as there is no history available.
Looking at it, the head is clean and freshly rebuilt looking, the turbo
is pristine, there is no coolant in it and the belt trensioner is
unhooked from the shock.
I have no idea

Thanks. I would have clapped a board over the intake but could not
wrestle the bloody pipe off, cutting the fuel line seemed quicker and it
did stop.
In retrospect, I should have checked everything first.
