I was thinking of the Kiwis.
Up here, they seem to be close to them but I was shocked to find out how far

Ed,
I saw a show on PBS a while back, it's available on their website I think,
that shows them putting the newer-ish ones into flight readiness to be sold
to a foreign countryusually Middle East or developing
Some are in a long term standby...
