Thank you all

Hi all,
Does anyone know, have a list, or know how I can find out what models of
Mercedes have the same transmission that is in the 1982 300 SD? I am
searching for used transmission locally and am getting a lot of replays from
people with similar models that say it might work in an 82 300 SD.
Nice.

Hi all,
I am in need of a used transmission for an 82 300SD. I would like to get my
old 300 in running order again. Does anyone have one lying around they want
to get rid of for a good price?
Thanks,
Nick

Hmm this shipping would probably make it too expensive. But we shall see.

Where did you get a gear for $5.00 ?? This place

Your board might be grounding out, power supply is bad or your BIOS is
corrupt (Or all of the above). Try taking the motherboard out of the case
and place it on a non conductive surface such as a wood board. Plug just
the power supply, CPU and memory in. Boot. If a go then go to another
If you just need to rebuild your odo don't waste your money sending it
someone who is just going to replace the one little plastic gear in there
that breaks over time. I bought the gear for 5 bucks and replaced it
myself. Total time, 30 min.

Hi all,
My transmission just recently went out and I have purchased a new car
(needed something that doesn't burn out every few months.) but defiantly
want to put my old Benz back to running condition. I just love the way that
thing rides. Time is of no concern as I can spend a very long time
One more request please. :)

My tranny on my 82 300 SD went over 300k miles. The last 50 k it leaked a
little and progressively got worse. Just last week I lost 2nd gear. They
will last a long time. For twice the price of 650 you can almost get a new
one sooo it's a gamble indeed.

The outside weather stripping for the outside front door window.

The collective wisdom,
Ok so last week I changed out my engine shocks, engine mounts and did a
valve clearance adjustment. To my amazement my car ran perfectly afterward.
No shaking etc. The most noticeable improvement was when I turned my car off
the whole car no longer shook back and forth on

Well FYI the only thing the shocks are for is to prevent that final
shake when shutting down.

Thank you for stating what is already known. Hence the name Engine stop

Hello all,
I have a question about the lists information organization. This is an

Ahh the FBI is not that good at what they do, obviously. I think I have
sufficient programming skills to do a large part of it. I am not talking
about anything particularly fancy here. Just more metadata to make searching
an easier programming task.
