For V-8 Diesels, the international NA engines were reliable. It that
is a NA engine built for IH, go for it. If it was closer, I'd sure
be interested. I'd still prefer an inline engine.
The Nissan (6-33?) was a dog, but it is the right size.
The OM603 is good for a half ton or 3/4 with
7.3 IDI diesel with ZF 5 speed manual... best of all worlds.
Price is in the good range. I would call it a deal.
