Subrogation is good, but I have learned the need for police reports, a call to
an attorney right off, take all medical care offered or needed, and do not talk
to opposing side unless my lawyers is talking. Speeds my side right up and
slows the other guy from bending me over.

Lol, I got hit in my old 87 300D in the driver's door by a work van (Chevy 3500
series, fully loaded). Broke the starter off the engine, punched the strut up
through the still attached mount, bent the strut 45 degrees, and pushed the
