Sunroof drains are plugged.  Sunroof hose(s) leaking. Windshield seal is leaking. BTW, in a previous email you said you and Andrew tightened up the steering box so there is less slop in the steering wheel?   If so, that is pretty much a no no.  They are designed to be pretty loose, and adjusting

Front driver door seal is pretty toasted. Front window seal looks good and I don't think the sunroof pan leaks in that way, does it? Is this the most likely avenue for passive water to get in to the drivers floor pan? No holes underneath that I can find and all body plugs in place. I cannot find
