A bar in Italy is where you go for a shot of espresso or a cappuccino, many
have gelato for the kids...
A bar in Wisconsin may have no windows and sawdust floors and more snowmobiles
(or motorcycles in the summer) than cars, and asking for a cappuccino would be
risky at best...
