Right - move the good bits to another car that doesn't need the entire
suspension rebuilt. Life is too short to try to keep every single Mercedes

If you fix all that is wrong with it it will still cost what you could sell
him one of your heaps for. That's why we all drive cheap cars. The lesson

So it's an early 90s 300D/2
I once accelerated my 300SEL 3.5 sedan into the rear of a completely
stopped Acura. Bent the frame of my car and did $1500 damage to hers. I
was in insurance purgatory for a couple years before they let me back in.

If he hit her from behind he was following too close. Period. No excuses.
This was what caused the loss of the S500 coupe. Youngster was horrible about
not observing proper distance, someone stomped on their brakes, he couldn’t
stop quickly enough because he didn’t have the room.

Kid read ended somebody today. See photos. It took out the hood and
pushed radiator etc into the fan. I could probably pull it back out
and replace the hood. Wondering if it's worth it. Car needs a
complete front end rebuild probably, rear end probably needs work
too. Shocks are shot. Windshiel
