Buy only ceramic body fuses -- the plastic ones will often soften enough to do what your's did in the higher amperages. Peter

My AC stopped working a few days ago - not such a problem in January. I checked the fuses and the metal was fine, but the 25A fuse body had melted enough to shorten the fuse and break contact. Is this a somewhat normal event? Haven't started the car yet, just wanted to make sure nothing else wei
