Not that I know of. I don't think anybody has done much good farming them, I doubt theres a huge market, not that many people know what they are. Angie's mom has a friend that buys a few pounds from us each year. She actually unrolls each one to clean them, thats nuts, it must take her hours.

Just like green beans, dump them in hot water for ~5 minutes until cooked through. Its worth noting that they're slightly poisonous until cooked through. Every couple years you hear about folks eating them raw and getting sick... The ziplock bags aren't available in our grocery store anymore,
