It happens most of the timenotice the rear end is tilts downward
about 2 inches when parked on a level surface but some other days, a
rare few now, it is level . I changed the hydro fluid and filter
about 5 months ago and now the fluid is blackish in color.
Have not made a visual

Might be the hyd shock on that side or the sphere is going bad.

I do have a small leak at the input side of the control valve which I
saw a couple of months ago, strut has no leak and recently had to add a
pint or so to the full level line... I'll fix the leak first and see
what happens .
It only raises after a hour or more of driving sometimes

Doubtful its a pressure ball. Their usual failure is the nitrogen gas
passing through the septum to the oil side. The system will still
attain proper height
