Sounds like it's either not adjusted properly, or one of the new
seals isn't sealing right. You can try the 'dollar bill' test:
close it on a dollar bill and see how tightly it's gripped. On
all sides.

will take at least a couple hours (nearly four for me the first time).
Rear rubber can easily be done on jack stands, usually not too hard.
May need to use the bolt to pull the rubber into the subframe on the
front mounts
