Unless it's a complete model change, I don't see why you'd wait a year for the bugs to be workes out. The ML270 CDI has been out for over 5 years here. That is not the V-6 Bluetec offered in the R, ML and E-Class. I think the only vehicle sold here with that engine is the Sprinter van.

The SLC is the 107 chassis - suspension is based on the 114/115 - double wishbone, etc. The CE is a 123 chassis - enough said. In my opinion, coupes are for driving hard - handling if important. I'd pick a 107 over a 123 any day. Come drive my 107. The 380 is anemic compared to a 450. On

20mpg is not bad for #7500 dually that is putting out 300 horses to the rear wheels, but it cast close to $100 now to fill it up. So I think I would be better off with a 35-40mpg 190D plus if I do go biodiesel it's a lot less processing and collecting. But I do miss driving my big truck, it

I agree with Rob. Having a 300TD and a 2000 Golf TDI, the TDI is certainly not of inferior quality. It's our everyday driver and a lot more comfortable than the 300TD, but mainly becuase the wagon needs new weatherstripping and the steering is sloppy. The suspension in the wagon is definitely
