We buy just about everything but fuel and groceries online, It saves
the parts within a couple days.
I thought about writing them letters but figured those would just go in the
circular file and be a waste of my time...

an o ring and $5. in gas rather than $75 for a faucet.

Do you have a local real lumber yard? I've always bought from local
yards for anything more than a few pieces, and found them to be
competitive with Lowes/Home Depot and also much more helpful. And
certainly a $500 order would be large enough to get their attention.

Not everybody is looking for a rare item, no everybody has bodily
ailments and not everybody has access to the internet.
I love going around the hardware shops and looking at stuff. Apparently
these days it is even becoming a bit of a pick up place, with women not
afraid to venture into the
