Way cool Dave! My mom's 300E needs to have some sunroof work. It's a bit
cockeyed in the lift position. I didn't want to tackle in the past given
Marshall's prudent, dire warnings. But if you have pictures and with the
expanded PDF instructions I might try it after all.

get the roof fully seated forward before tightening the bolts. The two
little plastic install guides are needed, but they're cheap - $1 each.

My shop manual on CD seems pretty cryptic about sunroof stuff.

Referring to the factory shop manuals, either on CD-ROM or in paper
form, Ned. You'll need those before attempting anything on the 124
sunroof.
