Any year 123 diff will bolt in. Only 85 will have the right ratio. I run
a 79 diff in my 83, I forget the ratio but it is lower so makes the hills
easier around here.
85 torque converter with a NA diff makes a hot rod off the line...lol

mount vs the actual differential. When was the differential oil last
changed and the level checked?
