A lot of it seems to be media driven. There is such an effort not to offend

it just sounds like insanity to me. we ought discourage people from doing
this, whether it is the blacks themselves or a media effort to further
confuse us. it is also interesting that we now settle on african american
which is filled with logical problems that cause us to revert to black
