I am not sure what the first 190D was. The Ponton was a 190Db with the small b to separate it from the prior 190D the 110 was Designated 190Dc to differentiate it from the two prior models. Rust starts in the dead space behind the front inner fender liiner. IF you buy the car, remove the

This will definitely hasten the death of the regulator, which is an absolute certainty anyway, they are REALLY flimsy. The 107 regulators are not those POS things that everything else got. They look like nice items. Same with the door checks. -- Jim ___

[MBZ] W107/W108 electric window regulators/rails - sprung?

I opened up the drivers door on the 85 380SL this weekend. Found both bolts off the rear window bracket or the regulator. when the window went down, the bracket slid down, vertical and acted as a stop for the regulator. the rear bolt of the regulator to the door wasin the uppermost

[MBZ] Brake booster/master 107

1985 380SL Brakes are normal when you apply lightly. If you push hard, the pedal takes a lot of pressure to stop the car. No fade on the pedal, with engine running or not. I pulled the vac hose at the booster. Vacuum present. It does not act like a bad master to me, but either the fronts

the german spends most of her day enjoying the great outdoors in my large fenced area of weds. i slept between 8pm and 11pm and then got up to check email. i let the dogs out and about 20 minutes ago, invited them back in. the german proudly had what i guess to be a 3/4s dead baby possum in

The door regulators are pretty robust. Pull the panel. Snap clips at rear and bottom, screw in the armrest. then bunp up on the bottom of the door liner to get it loose. check to see that the guide on the front of the window is riding on the front slide correctly. check the rear guide.

i'm still not even remotely calm yet. LOL! Ours have killed, I think, four cats. Nothing else comes in the yard...oh yeah, and a rat. Anke was viciously snapping at - and chasing - a fly this afternoon. But ours don't like people either, unless my wife or I bring them (the people) inside the

This is just a general statement about window regulators but in most cases a binding window is caused by something worn out. Thanks, Tom Hargrave www.kegkits.com http://www.kegkits.com/JABF/ 256-656-1924 -Original Message- From: mercedes-boun...@okiebenz.com

I watched my Son's two Siberian Huskies while he spent a year in Okinawa. The male used to lay quietly by the small fish pond I have in the back yard then he'd jump catch birds in mid-flight as they took off down them in one gulp. I figured his catch rate was about 30% - fun to watch. Thanks,
