A friend of mine recently purchased a 1980 300SD. The rear windows go down,
but will not go up with the switch. They will go up with power applied
directly to the motor. I was going to tell him to take the switches out and
take them apart (in a baggie so the parts don't go flying) and clean

Might be looking at a '64 190D (seller calls it a 190Dc, but I never
heard that designation before). Four on the tree, new clutch master
and slave, supposedly runs and drives great.

This 606 Im working on that was wrecked in the front has the plastic
fan. The clutch is damaged and I have several 603 clutches with metal
fans available. I dont see any reason why that would not work, does
