There is a product called Auto-RX (available online) that is designed for
"slow cleaning". People often report it cleans varnish off dipsticks and
valve covers. But, just like synthetic oil and engine flush, it cannot
replace metal that has been worn away.

IIRC-they have a bad history of blowing turbos-Google it. I looked into one
once but turbo blew during test drive with friend driving it. Repair

Replacing the TS relay with some sort of little timer circuit would
handle that OK. Probably about 80cents worth of parts -- a 555 timer
chip (or just a little microcontroller chip), a transistor, and maybe a
coupla resistors/capacitors or something. I should look that up and try
one.
