Re: [MBZ] Mailbox for Mac?

2014-08-29 Thread Dan Penoff via Mercedes
You can download the Mailbox for Mac application and the beta coin gives you
the ability to run it.

It's a new mail application by the same developers who did Dropbox. It's a nice
app.

I've seen members on Peach Parts advertise them. I made my own from a
piece of steel, you only need two holes for the studs. Don't use aluminum
can material, too weak and may break up and get sucked into the engine.

Everybody should have some 1/8 thick galvanized steel strap in 1 and 1-1/4
widths in their shop. You can cut it quickly with bolt cutters and it has 1000
uses. In this case, you select the width, drill the mounting holes, cut it to
length (it's a lot easier to drill a 3' piece of steel than a 2 piece, so I
always drill first and cut last), and make a gasket for it.

Interesting views of the area for someone who lived there 70 years ago
when Tampa was only a backwater seaport and the tallest building was 12
stories.

Too bad he wasn't flying it yesterday. We had Homeland Security and the
Coasties all over the place. They were installing a new commander at SOCOM
yesterday and the festivities were at the Convention Center, which is just a
few blocks away on the water.

Several black helicopters in the area. We were able to watch them quite
clearly from our office windows.

I was surprised at how stable the platform was; one could not tell
(except for the look down) that the camera was on an airborne platform.

Was the wind blowing at all?

P.S. Is your job with the school system? Or have I lost track?
