Wow, hard to believe he spent so much and now has a turd. Takes some skill
to throw that much money and make a car look and run worse. Should buy a
camry and stop molesting Mercedes? If you take great pleasure in finding
and correcting all the errors of a previous non-mechanic...

Awesome. Did you also replace all the fuel line o-rings, and the fuel

What Clay said, crack the lines at the injectors and crank crank crank. I
just did this on my '87 wagon, when you move the injection lines they bleed
out and you have to push a lot of fuel through them to get the air out. In

Well I finally go fuel to the injectors, I just wasn't expecting it to take

rest of the intake manifold and covers back on to button thing up. It will

OK, so I posted something about a trade for a nice 300SDL or 350SDL for my S430
on Benzworld on a lark earlier this week. I hadn’t heard anything from the
post until tonight, when I got this offer. It’s a hoot:

I think you have to bleed at the injectors as you are doing. Maybe if you
crack the line at the pump, there will be indication that fuel is going to the
lines. Did you refresh the filters? On the 95 e300d I had to have a very well
charged battery and just crank the bejeesus out of the engine
Max,
I changed my injection pump delivery valve ‘O’ rings and copper washers today,
but it seems to be taking an awful long time to get the fuel line full of fuel.
Still not seeing any fuel at the injectors where have the lines cracked to
bleed the lines.
Not sure if I have done something wron
